Brazil is a rich country despite the fact that it still a developing country, because it has a surplus, and incoming of money, based in they're high prodution and exportations
Nowadays Brazil has about 180 billion dollars saved in the public coffers, and it's a world credor (lend money to poor countries that are in need), such as other rich countries that one day have lent money to Brazil (by the way, Brazil have already paid all it's loans, one more reason to explain, why it's incoming money is saved and not go away to pay debts)
